Executive portraits for a new, consistent look on the website

One of my projects in late summer 2021 was to take updated portraits of the executives at Tyson Foods, Inc., in Springdale, Arkansas. The goal was to give the portraits on the website an updated, consistent look and really put the focus on the people.

We took time to discuss the look of the images and worked to produce something that would be easy to recreate as new executives were hired to the team.

We decided on a plain paper background, a style guide for clothes, and a color scheme, and we chose a couple of pieces of furniture to add a little variety to the images. The hope was for one image on the landing screen and a second image for the click-through to the bio.

We had one day to work through everyone, since this team is based in different areas of the United States and one member is in Singapore. It made for a long day, but I worked with a great team to make it happen smoothly. I love the clean new look of the leadership page and the thought put into creating something to make everyone happy.
