Nature and stuff

Who would’ve thought Lake Fayetteville could look so pretty! I saw this guy while shooting solar splash… he was sooo tiny!

Here are some shots from the birdhouse that’s attached to my sunroom. I think there are 3 baby Carolina Wren’s in it, but it’s hard to count while shooting through a tiny hole. The birdhouse is really cool b/c the back is plexiglass and it attaches to the window. I’ve been peeking through trying to spot the birds, but they’ve been too small to see down in the nest until now. I was able to set up my second light inside the house and shoot from the outside. It was pretty fun until the momma bird started to dive-bomb my head!

I really like the last photo, it looks like the baby bird had a rough night out, kinda razzed up.

I had baby birds in a nest on the rain gutter on my front porch but they flew the coop before I got around to shooting them (with my camera, of course).
